Our projectors are built with leading tech specs but cost a lot lesser, almost 50%, due a direct-to-consumer business model where we sell without the middleman for eg, a storefront, a distributor, a retailer. How long is shipping?
Upon ordering, it will take up to 4-7 business days for you to receive the item.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once it leaves our warehouse.
Do you have a physical store?
As we operate on a e-commerce level, we do not have a physical store. To keep costs low, we cut all these physical costs such as rental, space, manpower, electricity in order to pass these cost savings to you and offer you the best value prices for our projectors.
What is the warranty policy?
All our projectors come with 1 year local onsite warranty, which covers all the parts & components within. Warranty is automatically registered with your order and starts upon delivery, so no action is required on your end.

What is the refund policy?
As covered by the warranty, we do 1-1 exchanges/repairs for product faults but refunds are not allowed once the original packaging has been opened.
